A New Zealand stitchbird or hihi in the bush at Zealandia ecosanctuary in Wellington. These are on of our rarest native birds and also one of the most beautiful. How had an amzing experience the mornnig I took this photo when a dozone hihi came in and surrounded me, chasing each other around and calling out.
